EmailFlow OS is directed exclusively at businesses (B2B). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

The respective customer or provider is responsible for the content of the emails created and sent by customers through EmailFlow OS, and for linked external websites; at the time of linking, no infringements were apparent.
