With BombBomb you record a face-to-face video and send it from Gmail, Outlook, your phone or your CRM, one message at a time. EmailFlow OS starts from the other end: a list of prospects who have never heard of you. One upload turns into a separate video for each of them, each with an email written for that person, sent in daily batches from your own Brevo account and domain.
As of October 2026. Statements about BombBomb on this page come from BombBomb’s home page and its pricing page, both read on 23 October 2026. Check them for the current plans; this page names no BombBomb prices.
BombBomb’s headline reads “Show up face-to-face, even when you can't be there”. The company says it is “built for collaboration, connection, and engagement for all types of teams” and addresses “professionals who don’t have time to waste on freemium tools”. Its mobile apps let you “Record and send face-to-face videos from anywhere”, its CRM integration lets you “Record, send and track videos directly from your CRM”, and its dashboard tracks “views, engagement and team performance”.
The pricing page shows three plans. Core, “For teams getting started with video”, lists “Unlimited video messages”, mobile apps, browser extensions for Chrome and Edge and “Email integrations (Gmail & Outlook)”. Core + Copilot adds AI creation tools, suggested scripts, sending from Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach and Total Expert, and “Automated workflows”. Enterprise adds API access, SSO and role-based access controls. Both pages offer a free trial without naming its length.
Stay with BombBomb if you mainly send personal videos to people you already know, such as clients, referral partners or leads in your CRM, and want to record them on your phone or right inside Gmail or Outlook. EmailFlow OS has no mobile app, no browser extension, no recorder and no CRM connection. It does not send automatic follow-up sequences yet (they are in development) and does not track replies; answers go straight to your reply-to inbox. Its strength is the first email to a cold list, not the ongoing conversation.
The free trial gives you 20 credits for 5 days, without a credit card, enough for twenty prospects with videos of up to 2 minutes.
BombBomb sells the plans Core, Core + Copilot and Enterprise; its pricing page has the current prices and Core includes unlimited video messages. EmailFlow OS charges per personalized video in credits, one credit for a video of up to 2 minutes, through monthly plans or top-ups.
For cold email, look for a tool that makes a different video for each prospect without a new recording and sends from your own domain. EmailFlow OS is built for exactly that. For recording one-to-one videos to existing contacts, BombBomb and Vidyard both offer their own recording tools, which EmailFlow OS does not.
No. You upload one recording per campaign. EmailFlow OS creates the version for each recipient from it, with that recipient’s website in the background, and writes the matching email.
The full list of EmailFlow OS features also says what the app does not do.
Weighing Vidyard as well? EmailFlow OS as a Vidyard alternative compares the two approaches.
Why one recording becomes a version for each recipient is explained in personalized video messages for cold email.
Sending from your own domain starts with DKIM, DMARC and SPF for cold email senders.
