Vidyard is a video platform for revenue teams: record, host, share and measure videos across the whole customer journey. EmailFlow OS does one narrower job. You upload one recording, it becomes a separate version for each prospect on your list, each version gets its own written email, and the campaign goes out from your own Brevo account under your own domain.
As of October 2026. What this page says about Vidyard is taken from Vidyard’s home page and its pricing page, read on 23 October 2026. Plans and features change, so please check both pages yourself. No Vidyard prices are quoted here.
Vidyard’s headline is “Video for every customer moment”, and the company says it “helps revenue teams scale trust at every stage of the customer journey”. The home page names four jobs: “Record personal videos to reach more customers”, “Generate personalized AI videos at scale”, “Send personalized video messages that break through busy inboxes” and analytics that “connect video performance to leads, pipeline, and revenue”.
The pricing page lists four plans: Free, Starter, Teams and Enterprise. Free includes “15 AI videos”, “Stock avatars” and “3 custom AI avatars” and needs “No credit card required”. Starter adds “Unlimited videos recording” and “Full video analytics”, Teams adds “CRM/MAP integrations” and “Video captions”, and Enterprise adds SSO and custom permissions. A Video Agent add-on for the paid plans lists “Unlimited automated video creation and delivery”.
Keep Vidyard if video is used across your whole company: a recorder and Chrome extension for everyone, AI avatars, hosted videos with branded sharing pages, captions, and analytics tied into your CRM or marketing automation. EmailFlow OS records nothing itself, has no avatars, hosts no video library and connects to no CRM. It does not run follow-up sequences yet (they are in development) and does not track replies, which arrive in your normal reply-to inbox. If your team mostly sends one-off videos to people it already talks to, Vidyard’s recorder is the simpler tool.
Each new account gets 20 free credits, no credit card needed, usable for 5 days after sign-up. That covers the twenty prospects above with videos of up to 2 minutes each.
They are billed on different units. Vidyard lists a Free plan and the paid plans Starter, Teams and Enterprise on its pricing page, where the current prices are. EmailFlow OS is billed in credits: one credit is one personalized video of up to 2 minutes, and longer videos use more credits.
Only for one use: cold email to prospects who do not know you yet. There, both make a personalized video. EmailFlow OS also writes and sends the email for each recipient from your own Brevo account. For internal videos, customer updates or AI avatars it is no replacement.
Yes. EmailFlow OS has no recorder, so you upload a finished video file, wherever it was made. EmailFlow OS then builds the version for each recipient from that file.
