Sendspark and EmailFlow OS share a starting point: you record once and every prospect still gets a personal version. The difference lies in what gets personalized and who delivers the message. Sendspark tailors the video itself, with a cloned voice that says the viewer’s name and a dynamic background, and you take the result into Gmail, LinkedIn or your other channels. EmailFlow OS places your clip over each recipient’s website, writes a separate email for that person and sends it itself, through your own Brevo account under your own domain.
As of October 2026. Every statement about Sendspark here is quoted or summarized from Sendspark’s home page and its pricing page, both read on 26 October 2026. Plans, limits and features can change after that date, and Sendspark’s prices are deliberately left out; look them up on the pricing page.
Sendspark calls itself “The AI video platform for B2B sales”. The home page promises “Record one video, we'll do the rest” and explains the idea as “Record one video and personalize thousands with voice cloning and dynamic backgrounds.” Contacts arrive “via CSV, CRM, or API”, recording works with “Screen, camera or both, from Chrome or the desktop app”, and the finished clips travel wherever your email goes: “Anywhere you can send an email, you can send a video!” The same page lists custom landing pages and detailed viewer analytics.
The pricing page names six plans: Solo, Growth, Team, Business, Agency and Enterprise. Solo, described as “AI-personalized video outreach for individuals”, lists “100 Dynamic Video Minutes”, “AI Voice Cloning & Name Personalization” and personalized thumbnails. Growth adds multiple AI variables, “Agentic Workflows”, API and webhook access and a custom logo and domain; the larger plans raise video storage and dynamic minutes and add onboarding, admin and security features. According to the FAQ on that page, “every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.”
Neither asks you to film a fresh clip per contact. Both take a list of prospects, both turn one recording into many personal versions, and both are aimed at outbound sales rather than internal video. If a comparison article lists them side by side, that is the reason. The choice between them comes down to the three points below, not to which one personalizes at all.
Choose Sendspark if the spoken name and a cloned voice matter to you, or if your videos go out on LinkedIn and through a CRM as well as by email. Its recorder, Chrome extension and desktop app, its landing pages and viewer analytics, and a plan for agencies that run several client teams are all things EmailFlow OS does not offer. EmailFlow OS also has no CRM connection, does not track replies (they land in your normal reply-to inbox) and does not yet send automatic follow-up steps; those are in development. Its focus is narrower: the first email to a cold list, delivered from infrastructure you own.
The EmailFlow OS trial gives a new account 20 credits for 5 days, with no credit card, which is one video of up to 2 minutes for each of those twenty people. Sendspark states a 7-day free trial on every plan.
It depends on who receives the videos. For known contacts, a recorder-first tool such as BombBomb, Vidyard or Loom fits. For a cold list where each prospect should get their own version of one recording, Sendspark and EmailFlow OS both do that; EmailFlow OS also writes each email and sends it from your own Brevo account and domain. The overview of video email software alternatives sets the vendors side by side.
Sendspark sells the plans Solo, Growth, Team, Business, Agency and Enterprise, which differ in stored videos and dynamic video minutes; its pricing page shows the current prices. EmailFlow OS bills in credits, one credit per personalized video of up to 2 minutes, through monthly plans or top-ups.
Yes, as long as you upload the finished recording as a video file. EmailFlow OS has no recorder of its own and accepts a clip made with any tool, then builds the version for each recipient from it.
All six side by side, with what each vendor says its tool is built for: video email software alternatives.
Every step of a campaign, and the things the app leaves out, are on the EmailFlow OS features page.
Comparing BombBomb too? EmailFlow OS as a BombBomb alternative looks at one-to-one videos versus a cold list.
How a single clip becomes a version for each recipient, and how to put it into a message, is explained in how to send a video in an email.
