If your outbound runs on text sequences and you want the first touch to be a video instead, EmailFlow OS is a narrower lemlist alternative. You upload one recording, and every prospect on your list gets a version of it with their own website in the background, plus an email written for them, sent from your own Brevo account and your own domain. lemlist is a broad outbound platform; EmailFlow OS does one thing, by email.
As of October 2026. What this page says about lemlist is taken from lemlist’s home page and its pricing page, read on 21 October 2026. Plans, credits and features change, so read both pages yourself before you switch. We quote no lemlist prices here; the current amounts are on lemlist’s pricing page.
lemlist calls itself “the only platform you need to make Outbound work”. Its home page says you can reach leads via email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS, and it includes lemwarm, which lemlist describes as “our automated warm-up and deliverability booster”. The pricing page lists a 650M+ leads database in every plan, and three plans: Email, Multichannel and Enterprise, the last one priced on request. On the Email plan lemlist lists unlimited users and email senders, on Multichannel five senders per user. The free trial lasts 14 days and includes 200 credits, according to the pricing page’s FAQ.
For personalization, the pricing page lists custom text and images in all three plans. Neither of the two pages names a video that is personalized for each recipient.
Keep lemlist if your process depends on several channels at once, LinkedIn steps, calls or WhatsApp next to email, or if you need leads from a built-in database rather than a list of your own. The same goes for automatic follow-up sequences: in EmailFlow OS they are still in development and not available to customers yet, and EmailFlow OS does not track replies, which go straight to your reply-to address. If warm-up should run inside your outreach tool, lemlist names lemwarm for that.
A new account comes with 20 free credits, no credit card needed, valid for 5 days after sign-up. That is enough to run one small list end to end before you decide.
EmailFlow OS has no free plan, only a trial: 20 credits without a credit card, valid for 5 days, for up to 20 personalized videos of up to 2 minutes each. lemlist’s pricing page describes its own free trial as 14 days with 200 credits. After either trial, sending needs a paid plan.
Yes, as long as one address is not in both. Within EmailFlow OS an address can only be in one campaign of your account at a time; across tools you have to keep the lists apart yourself, so nobody gets the same pitch twice.
Every EmailFlow OS email goes out through your own Brevo account, from a sender verified there, under your own domain; there is no shared platform address. Before the first send, the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records of that domain should be in place.
Every step of the workflow, including what EmailFlow OS does not do, is listed on the EmailFlow OS features page.

Before you move your sending, DKIM, DMARC and SPF for cold email senders explains the DNS records step by step.
If you are still comparing tools, the cold email software checklist lists what to check before you choose one.
