Potion, the AI video generator at sendpotion.com, and EmailFlow OS answer the same wish, a video for every prospect without filming every one, in two different ways. Potion trains an AI on your face, voice and gestures and then generates new videos from a typed script. EmailFlow OS generates nothing in your likeness: it takes the one clip you actually recorded, sets it over each recipient’s website, writes a separate email for that person and sends it through your own Brevo account under your own domain.
As of November 2026. Every statement about Potion on this page comes from three pages on sendpotion.com, all read on 2 November 2026: the home page, the pricing page and the page on personalized video emails. Plans and features may have changed since then. Potion’s prices are not repeated here; they are on its pricing page.
Potion describes itself as an AI video generator for sales, marketing and support that makes “UNLIMITED AI videos in your own face, voice & gestures.” Its home page explains the workflow in three steps: train the video AI, which it says “takes 4 mins”, type a video script or record a video template, and receive videos in your own face and voice. It can also turn front-camera videos and screen recordings into AI videos, add personalized backgrounds to screen recordings, and host the result on branded video pages with your own domain. The home page lists integrations with more than 50 sales, marketing, support and CRM tools and calls the platform SOC2 Type I compliant.
On its page about video emails, Potion says you can “Record one video and personalize it with names, video background, purchase history, or any other data point”, connect it to your CRM or marketing platform, and track engagement afterwards. The pricing page shows four plans, Personal, Starter, Professional and Enterprise, each of the first three with a 7-day free trial. Personal lists 250 dynamic AI videos a month, Starter 750, and Professional unlimited videos together with multi-user workspaces, custom branding and custom domains. According to the FAQ there, full-length AI videos can run up to 5 minutes.
Both start from a single piece of work on your side and end with a different video for each person on a list. Both are aimed at outbound sales, both read the personal details from your prospect data, and neither expects you to sit in front of a camera once per contact. That is why both names come up when people ask for personalized video at scale. The real choice is about two questions: should the face in the video be generated or recorded, and who delivers the email?
Pick Potion if you want to produce many new videos from text without recording again, if the spoken name and your own voice in every clip are the point, or if the same videos should serve marketing, support and tutorials as well as sales. Its screen-recording conversion, branded video pages, CRM integrations and video analytics have no counterpart in EmailFlow OS. EmailFlow OS also has no CRM connection, does not track replies (they arrive in your normal inbox) and does not yet send automatic follow-ups; those are in development. What it does is narrower: the first email to a cold list, with your real face and your own sending domain.
A new EmailFlow OS account starts with 20 credits for 5 days and needs no credit card, enough for one video of up to 2 minutes for each of 20 prospects. Potion lists a 7-day free trial on its Personal, Starter and Professional plans.
Yes. EmailFlow OS works with one video you record yourself and never generates new speech or a new face from it. Each recipient gets that recording over their own website, with an email written for them, sent from your own Brevo account and domain. The overview of video email software alternatives sets more vendors side by side.
Potion sells the plans Personal, Starter, Professional and Enterprise per workspace, and they differ mainly in how many dynamic AI videos you get each month; the current prices are on its pricing page. EmailFlow OS bills in credits, one credit per personalized video of up to 2 minutes, through monthly plans or one-time top-ups.
Yes, if you have it as a video file. EmailFlow OS has no recorder and accepts a finished clip from any source, then builds the version for each recipient from that one upload.
All seven side by side, with what each vendor says its tool is built for: video email software alternatives.
Each step of a campaign, and what the app does not do, is on the EmailFlow OS features page.
